Four years after the last edition, a revision of this well-established textbook is set for release. The 14th edition covers the current trends in legislation, case-law and academic discussion in the fields of general administrative law and administrative procedural law. Particular attention is devoted to the continuing development of European Community Law. The new edition once again includes the most current Law Index (JURA-Kartei: JK) on CD-ROM with 5,500 annotated court decisions. Law Index references in the textbook offer readers the opportunity to gain deeper insight. The overriding goal pursued since the first edition of this textbook remains unchanged: to provide students and legal trainees as well as practitioners with an accessible, systematically structured textbook with an academic foundation that offers intellectual orientation and stimulus in equal measure.
